CMP Post-Award Contract Information
This information is for North Carolina CMP awardees who applications have been approved by CMS. Awardees must enter a contract with the NC State Survey Agency before any activity related to the CMP project begins. CMP Contract Procedures
Two important things to note:
An awardee must be registered with the Secretary of State to conduct business in North Carolina. If an awardee is not, they must do so to enter into a contract with North Carolina. The Secretary of State website is https://www.sosnc.gov/.
To register as a vendor in NC eProcurement, go to the website, NC eProcurement. Click on Vendor Login, Register Now. There is no fee to register in this system as a vendor to provide services. If assistance is needed with the registration process, contact the eProcurement Help Desk at 888-211-7440, option 2 or vendor@nc.gov.
