Over the last several years, almost everything about the CMP Reinvestment Program has changed - from funding caps to project categories to application forms and review timelines. The one thing that hasn't changed is the focus of the program - "to improve residents' quality of life by providing staff, administrators, and stakeholders with practical tools, training, and technical assistance to strengthen care delivery systems and promote evidence-based practices." North Carolina strives to help applicants implement projects in long-term care communities that will have lasting impact on both residents and staff and will improve the quality of life and care for those that call these communities 'home.'
