The North Carolina CMP Program

• APPLICATION DEADLINE:   No deadline. NC accepts applications on an on-going basis at this time

• EXPECTED DECISION DEADLINE: Please refer to the NC Submission Timeline and the Application Submission and Review Process on page 17 of the CMPRP Application Handbook

• MAX. ALLOWABLE FUNDING: Maximums are based on project type and number of facilities served.  Refer to the CMP Applications Handbook for more information

• PERIOD OF SUPPORT:   Projects may not exceed 36 months per CMS guidelines.

• NORTH CAROLINA RFA:   The NC RFA mirrors the guidance provided by CMS for the Civil Money Penalty Program.  All NC applicants must adhere to the guidelines in the RFA, which provides additional guidance related to contracting with NCDHHS.
