  • EXPECTED DECISION DEADLINE: Applicants can generally expect to hear back from CMS within 45-60 days after the submission of the application.

  • MAX. ALLOWABLE FUNDING: Maximums are based on project type and number of facilities served.  See QSO-23-23-NHs for more information.

  • PERIOD OF SUPPORT:   Projects may not exceed 36 months per CMS guidelines.
