North Carolina Emergency Preparedness Training for Long-Term Care Facilities (LTC2Prepare)

The University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work developed a training program for North Carolina long-term care facilities to provide education and training on how to develop emergency preparedness plans to strengthen long-term care resilience against natural and man-made disasters includning wind and water hazards, severe wether, nuclear power, earthquakes, and the novel 2019 Coronavirus.  This project also focused on increasing compliance with the CMS Final Rule for Emergency Preparedness.
