CMS approves CMP-funded projects to serve 177 Nursing Homes in NC!

In the past several months, CMS has approved four new CMP-funded projects in North Carolina, bringing Culture Change initiatives to 177 certified Nursing Homes to provide quality of life and quality of care to residents living in long-term care communities.
